Service Description
Wow! Technology has come a long way. Im not sure which is better, having a visit over the phone or having a provider come to your home! Telehealth is great. Call us and we will determine if a Telehealth appointment is available for your problem, we will send you a link, then we will talk face to face through your computer or phone, then I send your prescription. Simple as that!
Cancellation Policy
If your appointment is cancelled within 48 before the service time then you can receive a refund or reschedule. For IV Infusion cancellations that are done in advance (48-72 hours before the scheduled service), if the IV formulation has already been ordered from the pharmacy, then no refund will be issued. Same day cancellations, no refunds will be offered. For same day appointments 100% of the service cost will be due at the time of booking. No refunds will be given for same day cancelation appointments. If for some reason we fail to show up for an appointment and no services are rendered. Then you will receive a full refund. We understand that life happens, and that there are some things that are just out of our control. Things like the Unsafe weather, power outages, real emergencies, accidents, medical emergencies, and things of that nature. In those cases, we will take care of it on a case by case bases. We understand that everyone’s situation is different. We are here to help you! Not to be an inconvenience! Remember, You are Royalty, and you deserve to be treated that way!!!
