About Us
Our staff at RJ’s Wellness and Urgent Care believe that your safety and health comes first. For that reason, every staff member that comes to treat you will have a name tag, valid state ID, and a valid medical license. Please feel free to ask for these items before letting anyone into your home or office. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, all emplyees will ne wearing mask, gloves, and shoe covers while visiting you home. Also, after booking your appointment you will be notified within 1-2 days of provider’s first and last name that will be serving you. For same day appointments you will be notified on the same day.

Rasheeda Freeman, FNP-C has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for greater than eight years. She licensed Accredited through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is highly experienced in Primary and Urgent Care services.
